Winter cover for oval, rectangular, square wooden demountable pools from Gre with 580g/m2. Cover made of reinforced PVC material that protects your pool during the winter, or when necessary, minimizing cleaning and helping to keep the water in good condition.

This cover is perfect to use when wintering your pool.

The cover is completely opaque, thus avoiding exposure to sunlight, thus preventing the growth of algae and bacteria.

Installation advice:

1- Place the cover over the tank:

- Unroll the cover along the tank and centre it.

- Extend the cover over the pond, holding it at angles.

2- Pass the fixing cable through the eyelets.

3- Screw the hooks at a distance of about 30 cm under the beach and between the eyelets of the cover.

Pass the cable through the hooks and adjust the tension by balancing the tensile forces of the fastening panels.

Do not overstretch the cable, leave it slack.

* If the cover is rectangular, fix the corners first; if not, start at a cut panel.

When deciding to leave the pool assembled in winter, we should bear the following in mind:

Leave the pool filled with water

- For pools with skimmer and return valve: water level at 5 cm below the skimmer and close the return valve with the threaded plug that goes next to the purifier

- For pools with inlet and return valve: water level at 20 cm from the upper end of the pool and close the valves using the thread system incorporated in them.

Disconnect the hoses. Do not disassemble the skimmer (if present) or the valves.

Protect the pool with a winter cover and place a large expandable element between the water and the cover to protect the pool from the cold.

To prevent the formation of algae during this period of time, use a chemical wintering product (invernet).
