Roof: 322 x 202 x 237 cm. Roof covered with asphalt canvas. Suitable for houses with a 3m wide frontage from a 28mm board. Total weight: 190kg, Roof thickness: 16mm.

Balcony: 306 x 212 x 81 cm. Suitable for houses with frontage width 3m from a 28mm board.  Total weight: 190kg, Wall thickness: 28mm, Floor thickness: 19mm.

Suitable for a living module, a recreational space, a storage space for gardening equipment or even to extend the floor area of your home.

Maintenance should be carried out as required, but at least every 2 years. However, you should not forget that wood is a living material, which functions with temperature and humidity variations. Changes in the colour of wood and its structure depend on the conditions of use and do not affect its quality.

Delivery

The material is delivered on a pallet and unloading must be done by hand.
